We manufacture standard hot runner nozzles, they are called HR series universal nozzles, in various sizes to choose from and manifolds are manufactured as per the custom design. HR series universal hot runner nozzles are available in four different diameters and each diameter is available in different lengths. Smallest diameter is of 22 mm, can have distance between cavity of as small as 25mm. Nozzles are of replaceable tip type. Heaters used are of advanced concept, high performing and reliable. A special lengths can also be manufactured on request. Every part has its own mould design, depending on part wt., part geometry, type of polymer, number of cavities, gate type etc. Type of nozzle and tip will have to be selected prior to the mould design. We will be happy to assist you in selection of appropriate nozzle and tip.
