CPDS further enhanced its capability by adding in its existing infrastructure 3D White Light Scanning System and Rapid Prototyping Services. CPDS has an excellent blend of tool design engineering and product styling that leads its way to perfect product innovation in real time. Our core competence lies with our In-house tool design and development facility and our pursuit for excellence is continuous.

We offer the clients with our rapid prototyping services, design prototyping services, 3D prototyping, CAD prototyping. Through our services, we adhere to the designs and specifications accurately. Cost effective and time-saving, our prototyping services are largely popular amongst the clients for designs and accuracy. With the use of 3d scanners, product innovation can be achieved much faster and more realistic. An industrial designer can now move with his design concepts from sketch book to production line in real time.

Inspection & Rectification :
Often, a very important production tooling fixtures undergo a severe deformation/ damage after a certain period. If the native CAD data is not available for such fixture it becomes hard to repair or replicate the same fixture. With 3d white light scanning system, one can recreate a local insert which has been damaged or the entire fixture more accurately and much faster than any other 3d coordinate measuring system.
