We offer lead in various concentration such as 36 %, 32 %, 24 %, 18 %, which is an important auxiliary drier. Lead functions as a powerful drier and is used in conjunction with other driers. It can be used in between 0.35 to 0.5 % metal based on vehicle solid.
We offer cobalt in the concentration of 2 %. It is usually added at 0.005 to 0.04% based on vehicle solids. Cobalt is the most active top driers & used in conjunction with auxiliary driers like lead.
Our company also offer manganese which is active driers promotes polymerization to a greater degree than Cobalt. The use level is 0.01- 0.1% manganese based on vehicle solids.
Our iron paint drier promotes rapid drying by polymerization and it is used in variety of (baking) finishes where dark color is permissible. The normal use level is 0.05 to 0.25% of metal.
The cerium is recommended for baking finishes particularly for whites and over print varnishes where color retention is vital. It is particularly useful with alkyi and epoxy resins.

Stabilizer a-5 is an excellent general purpose barium – cadmium – zinc complex. It is good initial colour, gloss and fairly good clarity.
We offer specialty additives . Coablt A 24 We have developed a concentrated cobalt based product called cobalt a-24. This is a very economic product as it can be used at a dosage of ½ the quantity of cobalt 12% and ¼ the quantity of cobalt octoate 6 %. It is a proven product and being used as an economic product by small and medium scale paint companies. It is specially used in varnish, as it imparts no color of cobalt and it gives very good clarity to varnish. The applications are: As a drier in paint, varnish & alkyd resin and as an accelerator in FRP resin & rubber product.

As a Drier:
Cobalt Octoate /Naphthenate is the most active Drier in paint Industry. Cobalt is also used in combination with manganese as a drier in printing ink.
As a Catalyst:
Cobalt Octoate / Naphthenate is used as a catalyst in the production of caprolactum, DMT, Benzoic Acid and Tere- Phthalic Acid, Liquid phase oxidation of isopropeylbenzoic and tetra hydro Naphthenate. Oxidation of cumine and tetralin.
As an Accelerator:
Cobalt soaps are widely used as accelators for peroxide initiated curing of unsaturated polyesters. It is used as an accelerator in F.R.P.
As Rubber Additive:
Cobalt Naphthen ate modifier increases the strength of bond of the rubber with steel cord in the production of radial type tyres. Cobalt soaps reduces damage to tyres during sudden deflation.
As Fuel Additive:
Cobalt Naphthenate increases the thermal yield and decreases exhaust grease of heavy petroleum fuels.
As Grease Additive:
Oil based Cobalt Soaps is also used in lubricating greases having extreme pressure properties.

As an Insecticide:
Copper naphthenate is used extensively in textile rot proofing and to prevent dry rot and mildew in timber. As a strong insecticide it provides a permanent protection against ambrosia, beetle, termites and all other noxious insects attacking timber.
Copper napthenate may be applied to textile fabric either by dipping or spraying and the most complete and durable protection is obtained when the fabric after drying retains about 1% copper determined as metal, the copper napthenate solution for this purpose should normally contain from 2-2.5% copper as metal.
As Wood Preservative:
Copper napthenate solution is used as wood preservative and may be applied to timber either by dipping spraying, brushing or impregnation desired. The timber so treated should be as dry as possible.
In Anti fouling Paints:
In anti flouring paints for ships bottom copper naphtenate serves wholly for lethal purpose as in the presence of sea water the slow hydrolysis of copper naphtenate produces copper hydroxide and napthenic acid both of which are actively toxic.
Metallic soap of copper is fungicidal and extends the life of wood and cellulosic fibers. They are usually applied in petroleum solvent as ammonium complex of copper naphthenate in aqueous solution. The insoluble soap remains on fibers following solvent evaporation.
As Fuel Additive:
Copper Naphthenate along with Manganese naphthenate is used in fireside chemicals, copper naphthenate prevents deposits in furnaces and burners fired with coal or heavy oil.

Gloss and colour retention drying time, flexibility, and surface characteristics are improved by Zirconium use levels are 0.03 to 0.2% of the metal. Zirconium in its concentrated form is an auxiliary drier for high viscosity paints and printing inks.
Calcium is an auxiliary drier. it is used both in combination with lead and as a partial replacement to lead in vehicles that show poor tolerance for lead. Calcium improves drying efficiency at low, temperature and high humidity. use levels of Calcium varies from 0.02 to 0.2% of the metal based on vehicle solids, proofing and fungicidal agents.
