I.MOTORS:

We provide a comprehensive range of motors that are constructed as per the international standards. Our range of motors are available in Special (TEFC) Low RPM Motors foot mounted type with extended long shaft in IP : 55. Having solid construction and varying capacities, these motors have weather proof construction are supplied to suit hot and humid atmosphere.

II. FANS:

Energy Efficient FRP Fans aerodynamically designed Aerofoil axial flow fans manufactured from high quality FRP material save up to 15% to 25% power as compared to other fans , and achieve the best performance keeping power consumption & noise levels to the minimum possible. Aerodynamic axial flow FRP fans manufactured by AADI are specially designed for high efficiency, cooling towers.

The cooling tower casing is made of FRP(FIBRE GLASS REINFORCED POLYESTER). The FRP is a combination of Quality resin & selected Grade mats. An additional embossing is done for extra strength in case of big cooling towers. The cooling tower casing can resist / withstand wind velocities pf 70m / sec, earthquakes & vibrations.

Folded PVC fills with honey comb design which help in offering minimum resistance, consume less power and achieve high surface area.

Honeycomb PVC fills are of superior quality. the fills are used for extended contact area having a high heat transfer efficiency. The heat transfer takes place by crossing of air & water streams' in close proximity resulting in a diffused turbulence conducive to evaporation & heat transfer.

We offer a wide range of Eliminators, that are made of FRP / PVC, the eliminator is used to reduce water losses due to entrainment of moisture drops in the air stream. We also offer these as per our customers' requirements & specifications.

I. NOZZLES:

The performance of cooling tower is greatly depend on the water distribution over the fills, Nozzles distribute water evenly through a wide spray angle without any derive pockets.

II. SPRINKLERS:

Sprinkler is made of Aluminium alloy to avoid corrosion & fitted with a sealed ball bearings to take care of thrust & radial loads it rotates at 5 to 12 RPM by the reaction force of circulating water. This water is discharge a set of branch pipes over the entire area of fills. Brass / SS Sprinkler can also be supplied on request of extra cost.
