Available in Stainless steel, Brass, Aluminum, Teflon , Carbon steel…These are normally custom built to client specifications and requirements.

Insertion lengths are available from .062" to .50" diameter and wall thickness from .006" to .035" and lengths from .250" to 6'.

They are made both in solid and welded construction, hex plugs,custom flanges are tig welded or silver brazed to stem and 100% Hydrotested for any leaks. Welding is such that surface be free of any voids, gaps. Close tolerances and uniform tip thickness is maintained for better accuracy.

Probe housings are polished to improve overall quality and workmanship.

Hex plugs are available in 1/8 npt ,1/4 npt,3/8 npt and ½ npt male threads , other custom built threads are also available.

Available in Stainless steel, Brass, Aluminum, Copper. They are spun closed, welded and then machined to produce spherical radius, Swaged or flat tips.

Tips are machined to have uniform wall thickness and are free from voids and holes.

All the tubes are 100% Hydro tested for any leaks, unless specified standard tolerance of +/- .002" is maintained on outer diameter and wall thickness.

They are polished for overall quality and workmanship.

Close end tubes are often brazed on to flanges as per customer requirements.

We offer Thermowells, manufactured from Solid Bar Stock as well as Fabricated Style.

Solid Bar Stock wells are manufactured using latest equipments for deep drilling to produce accuracy and tolerances in bore sizes and attaining uniform wall thickness, Straight. Stepped, Taper shanks are available.

Certification of material is available when requested at the time of ordering, certified materials meet the requirements of American Society For Testing Materials.

Thermowells are available in materials such as Brass, Stainless steel, Carbon steel, Hastalloy, Inconel..which are highly polished to assure maximum corrosion resistance.

Cap and chain assemblies are available separate or with thermowells upon request.
