We offer to our clients a preeminent range of Non-Woven Abrasives, which is available in various forms. It is specially designed to provide the operator with a sustained & controlled stock removal and finish. These non-woven abrasives greatly reduces the risk of gouging and under cutting of the work piece.

Hand Pads:

The range of grits is available in a convenient size of 150 x 230 mm. This product is available from 120 to 1000 grits in Silicon Carbide and Aluminum Oxide. Made from nylon, hand pads are extremely flexible, and they can also reach areas & conform to various shapes of the workpiece. This pad is also non loading and waterproof.

Rolls:

Beartex Rolls are offered with the same abrasives and range of grits as hand pads. This roll is available in standard length of 10 meters and width of 0.15 meters. Our clients can avail this product in any width and length to suit various applications.

Convoluted Wheels:

Beartex Convolute Wheels are simply formed by wrapping Beartex material around a central core, and by bonding the layers together to form a convoluted wheel. This design ensures higher wear resistance, and imparts glossy finish to components. 'Grindwell Norton' offers a huge assortment of convoluted wheels ranging from cleaning rust and oxide removal to heavy duty deburring.

Unified Wheels:

Beartex Unified Polishing wheels are developed by compressing layers of Beartex flat stock in order to obtain wheel of different densities. Beartex Unified Wheels are cost-effective for light duty deburring, decorative finishing, rust removal and cleaning applications. These wheels are commonly suited for decorative finishing on brass, SS, watch straps, dairy & kitchen equipment. Simply by choosing the right grade and density, these wheels are effective substitutes to set up wheels. This selection helps avoid messy operation of making the set up wheels, and the heavy pollution associated with them.

Flap Wheels/Spindle Mounted Flap Wheel Mops:

Beartex Flap Wheels are formed by mounting sheets of Beartex web material around a fiber center hub that is the tightly packed pieces forming the spokes of a wheel.
