We offer a range of thermal equipment that are strong, durable and reliable. The full range includes:
- Steam Boiler - It is the latest design in coil type boilers using reverse flame technology. The furnace is made of an air tight helical coil of membrane - wall construction, placed inside an assembly & double jacketed MS shell and aluminum radiator.
- Thermic Fluid Boiler – For process heating application, our liquid heater can be substituted against steam or electricity. Instead of pressurized hot water or steam, the AARATHI-THERM uses thermic fluids for heat transfer. Simple closed circuit system is used. Temperatures upto 250° C can be obtained with an accuracy of ± 1%, at a low working pressure of 2.5 kg/cm (approx.).
- Hot Air Generator - It is a compact rigid noiseless & fully automatic hot air generator. Easy to use, it can also be operated by any unskilled person.
- Furnace - We have 5 different sizes of our dip-out furnaces to offer, available in 3 configurations to accommodate various needs. The different parts of these furnaces are: crucible, furnace lining, lid cover, top plate, thermocouple, melt times.
- Tray Dryer - Our tray dryer is available in a range of 12 to 200 trays capacity. Tray size of 32" x 16" x 1 1/4". The heating is accomplished by electrical / steam or thermic fluid radiator/oil fired hot air generator. Our products find their applications in various industries like pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluidised Bed Drier: For bulk drying needs we offer fluidised bed driers. We can design the drier according to the product and drying specs.

- Timers: Our range of timers is a multi functional device. It has two normal delay timers (0.01 or 1 second). One cyclic timer (0.01 or 1 second), One alternate cyclic timer (forward stop Reverse Stop) (0.01 or 1 second), Two Time Totaliser with 10 Digits and 6 digits display (8 digit for Hours and 2 for Minutes) Input Voltage 230 V AC Relay rating 5 A 415 Vac
- Temperature controllers:
Our product is a micro-controller based unit. It can control and display -50 to 1100 degree Celsius. It can take different type of sensors -RTD, 'J', 'K', and 'S' Thermocouple. It has two set points. Input Voltage 230 V AC. Relay rating 5 A 415 Vac
- Transmitter:
Our product can transmit 0-100 mv upto 1 KM by converting the signal to current 0-20 mA using 24 V DC power supply. Transmitter is micro-controller based unit. It will display the incoming voltage and output current.
- Receiver:
It is a micro-controller based unit. It can display equivalent value of 0-20 mv input signal. The conversion can be user calibrated. Input Voltage 230 V AC. Relay rating 5 A 415 Vac.
- Pressure Controller:
Our pressure controller is a micro-controller based unit. It can display equivalent value of 0-20 MA input signal. The conversion can be user calibrated. Two set points is available if required. Input Voltage 230 V AC. Relay rating 5 A 415 Vac.
- Flow Controller:
Our product is a micro-controller based unit. It can display equivalent value of mv Input signal. The conversion can be user calibrated. Two set points is available if required. Input Voltage 230 V AC. Relay rating 5 A 415 Vac
- Micro-controller based automation :
