| Air Handling Unit | | We are engaged in manufacturing aarco double skin air handling unit which is known for its effectual functioning among our valued clients. It has the air flow capacity of 1000 m3/hr to 60000 m3/hr and upto 175mm of static pressure. Double skin air handling unit includes mixing chamber, filter section with:
- 10 micron filters
- 5 micron filters
- 3 micron filters
- 03. Micron filters
The fan section is designed for the DIDW and has olug fan with motor. It includes the double skin panels which are insulated with 25/50. of thick PUF insulation. The framework includes:
- Anassembly of extruded alluminium profile
- Thermal break section joined by nylon glass fibre regenerated corner
It also includes the coil section which is designed for:
- Cooling coil
- Heating coil
- Direct expansion coil
The drain pan is manufactured from stainless steel sheet with the drain connection and the whole assembly is mounted on the PUF insulated bottom panel.

| Airwasher Unit | | We offer double skin airwasher unit which is widely used in automobile, glass, rubber and other related industries. Our double skin airwasher unit includes:
- A unit evaporative cooler
- Comprising inlet louvers
- Filter section humidification media water distribution system
- Pump
- Centrifugal fan
- Motors
- Ss water tank
- Double skin body
The air is permitted to pass through the humidification media and simultaneously water is added at top from distributor. Then the water gets evenly distributed on the contact surface of the pad by angle flute arrangement. The cross flow arrangement is made by flowing water through air inlet side, thus gets evaporated while coming in contact with air. It extracts the heat of air from evaporation, hence bringing down the air temperature. It also has the humidification media which comprises strong cellulose material infused with decay resisting chemical with built in eliminators. These units are accessible from 5000CMH to 250,000CMH with temperature drop 8 to 10 deg centigrade.It is manufactured in compliance with client requirement and can be delivered on time.

| Gas Scrubber | | We provide gas scrubbers which is a pollution control device for the removal of wide range of:

For the downward flowing scrubbing liquid the gas stream flows horizontally through the unique fill media at right angles. For the intimate contact between the gaseous pollutants and scrubbing liquid, the wetted surface of fill material is used. | Roof Ventilator | | We fabricate Aarco roof ventilators which are highly
appreciated for its easy installation, resistant to chemicals and high
efficiency. These roof ventilators are offered from 2200 CFM to 130000 CFM at pressure from fee
air delivery to 25 mm or higher static pressure. The increased volumes of air
are necessary for proper ventilation of large plants, which can be handled cost
effectively. It is very good for spot ventilation and general ventilation of
trouble areas. The fumes above the roof level avoid the recirculation into
supply systems and the vertical discharge jets worn out. Our roof ventilators have
been very efficient to exhausting the warmer impure air from the plant.

| Dust Collector | | We provide wet type dust collectors which is extensively used in govt sector, public sector, foundries, steel mill, power station and more areas. It is designed for collecting dust from:

Dust collectors can be obtained from 5,000 M'/hr. to 80,000 M/hr and has high collecting efficiency. Our collector operates without the water pump. The main component includes:
- Upper section
- Lower section
- Ventuary unit
Upper section comprises inlet chamber, dewatering baffles, outlet opening and access doors. Lower section is provided with hopper, ventuary. The dust laden fumes enter into the inlet chamber then the flow is downwarded through the ventuary. In this collector water trap the dust particle into agglomerates and then the dust is removed in the form of slurry from hopper.

| Cyclone Separator | | We offer cyclone separators which are known for its

collecting varied coarsed dust particles in which dust laden gas enters in a
cylindrical chamber tangentially at one or more points through the central
