Angle of 60x40 are used as a shelf holder, having “z” stiffner welded inside the angle with slot at distant of 25mm to allow adjustments in the shelving’s as per the storage requirement. The vertical frame is made up of uprights of type Double lipped C-channel having slots at distant of 75 mm to get box-beam locked to meet storage requirement. To give rigidity and durability of frame we use horizontal bracing of "C" channel & diagonal bracing of tubular pipe round type of diameter 32 mm. To ensure the quality of the product we use high grade stainless steel for making them which comply to the IS: 2062 and other quality standards. The horizontal box-beam is made by using two nos. of c-channels, having 3-lipped connector welded on both ends so as to get it locked on verticals at desired distant with flexibility of 75 mm. to increase UDL, universally divided load, capacity by 20% of box beam re-inforced-bending is implemented. The box beams can be altered to meet the diverse storage requirements by using decking shelves or wooden pallets stacked on box-beams. These flexible and easy to access box beams facilitate vast movement of bulk loads inventory & outward with automated fork-lift operations.
