We manufacture air handling units of higher capacity (2000 cfm to 35000cfm). Our range of air handling units includes single skin air handling units and double skin air handling units.

Features & Specification:

Single Skin Air Handling Units are complete with pre filter section, coil section and fan section, mixing box section, face & bypass damper section and fine filter sections are optional and are provided against specific requirements. Single skin AHUs are fabricated out of G.I. Sheets which can be powder coated or painted. Fans used by us are of forward/ backward curved as per requirement and are of best quality available in the market.

Double Skin Air Handling Units use plain G.I sheet (inner) and pre painted sheet (outside) with 25mm/ 50mm thick expanded polystyrene (PUF) insulation sandwiched between two layers.

We supply air cooling system which includes air chillers and air condensers. Our air cooling systems having features of frequency conversion technology, low noise and more stable operation, low mix level alert by light, protection of over current and low voltage.

Features & Specification:

DX Type Chillers being manufactured by us plain copper tubes. These, are available in 15TR to 100TR capabilities and are duly tested to standard pressure to ensure zero leakage in copper tubes.

Air condensers (air cooled) being manufactured by us use high quality copper tubes/ aluminum fins and are duly pressure tested. Best quality fans (air flow) are used to throw air across coils. Shell and tube water cooled condensers are available in 15TR to 100TR. These condensers use mild steel shell of adequate thickness with integrally finned copper tubes. These are tested to standard pressure to ensure zero leakage in copper tubes.

We offer a wide range of air curtains using mild steel, galvanized sheets, stainless steel, board laminates (powder coating is rendered on both sides of M.S/ G.I sheets). However specific sizes can also be provided by us as per the customer's applications. These air curtains provide thermal barrier to prevent heat transfer to and from premises. The fan coil units are manufactured in horizontal (ceiling suspended) and vertical (floor mounted). Cooling/ heating coil are made out of best quality copper tubes and aluminum fins. The centrifugal blowers are low noise producing and use single phase motors. Drain pans are properly sloped and duly insulated. Available in 1.0TR, 1.5TR, 2.0TR, 3.00TR capacities. However higher capacities can also be supplied.
