It may either be polyester, lycra, rayon, open end cotton yarns, uneven warps, slubs, cross-hatches and many more specializations to remain upbeat with the latest fashion. Our Foundation
We boast of an excellent infrastructure base well equipped with advanced technological set up. The details of machineries which are being run by the company are as under:

» Production Capacity
Spining capacity : 60 metric tons [per day]
Dyeing &Sizing : 150,000 [per day]
Weaving capacity : 125,000 meters [per day]
Fabric finishing capacity : 150,000 meters [per day]

» Spinning
The company's Spinning mill is equipped with ultra modern plant, viz Blow Room & Cards of Trutzschler, Vouk & RSB Draw frames, and Open End from Schlafhorst capable of producing ideally matching yarn of exact quality to give ultimately the denim fabric of international standards.

» Sizing / Dyeing
The dyeing & sizing range from the house of Sucker + Muller of Germany promises matchless quality of dyeing (employing slasher process) and offers a wide spectrum of colors.

» Weaving / Finishing
For producing the masterpiece weave, the denim product is woven on world class Tsudakoma Air jet Looms from Japan. These weaving machines ensure the highest degree of quality product output.

Our Finishing plants give options to the customers of Foam Finished Fabrics from Monforts Shrinking Range as well as Fabrics finished with American Padding Technology.

The company is professionally managed by a group of qualified professionals having rich and varied experience in the textile industry. Our Quality Assurance
Aarvee Denims and Exports Limited realizes the importance of quality shipment and is committed towards delivering the best. The company has a competent quality assurance team comprising of qualified and experienced technicians. These technicians are responsible for quality checks and monitoring of the shipments. Every effort is made to deliver quality merchandise. We have our own Modern Testing Laboratory that rules out any loopholes to eliminate any manufacturing defect. The laboratory consists of H.V.I. Cotton Testing Equipment, Classimate and Uster Testing of Spun Yarn. All the machines are equipped with P.L.C. controls and run as per international standards. The yarn quality is controlled by Single Yarn Tester. The dyeing variations are controlled by spectrophotometer.
