The Aar Vee Industries Ltd. is in the process of getting an ISO 9001:2000 certification. Aar Vee Industries has been setup as a partnership firm by our Hon’ble founder Chairman Mr. Akhai Ram Bhai Patel as manufacturing company of Cold Rolled Galvanised Steel Strips and thereafter the company was incorporated as a Limited Company in Feb. 1996.

  • AVI MIG/CO2 Welding Wire is a double deoxidized copper Coated Solid Steel Wire.
  • Suitable for welding in all position like Vertical/Horizontal. It will produce Low Hydrogen Welds.
  • High Deposition Rate & Deep penetration.
  • Ideally suited for unclean & rusty surfaces. Stable Arc with very low spatter loss.

Deoxidized Copper Coated Solid Steel Wire

Spooling: AVI MIG/Co2 welding wire layered and non-layered in between 12.5kgs to 14kgs as per Customer's demand.

Packing Specification

  • Spool: AVI MIG/Co2 welding wire is generally supplied in plastic spools of the 300 mm dia size conforming to standards vide IS 6419-1971. The normal weight of Layered and Non Layered wire on the spools is 12.5 kgs.
  • Packing: AVI MIG/Co2 welding wire are coiled on the plastic spools on which welding wire are wrapped by the plastic straps, further spools are heat sealed in polythene bags which are finally packed in cardboard boxes. Three Spools are packed in a wooden box protecting it from damage in transit. Spools should be preserved without damage of polythene cover till loading on welding machine to prevent corrosion on surface finish of wire.Wire should be stored in dry place.
