The Aar Vee Industries Ltd. is in the process of getting an ISO 9001:2000 certification. Aar Vee Industries has been setup as a partnership firm by our Hon’ble founder Chairman Mr. Akhai Ram Bhai Patel as manufacturing company of Cold Rolled Galvanised Steel Strips and thereafter the company was incorporated as a Limited Company in Feb. 1996. Aar Vee Industries Limited is located in Ranchi (Capital of Jharkhand) in an Industrial park. The city of Ranchi is located in Eastern India approximately 400 Kms from Kolkata. Ranchi is well connected by Air, Railway & Roads. Ranchi is a major industrial city comprising of industries like Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited, Coal Industry Head Quarter, Usha Martin Industries Limited & many other industries.

 

Our range of welding wires includes Mig Welding Wire, Co2 Welding Wire, Steel Welding Wire , Solid Steel Wire , Mild Steel Welding Wire, Copper Coated Wire, Copper Coated Welding Wire, Deoxidized Copper Wire and Deoxidized Copper Coated Solid Steel Wire.

Aar Vee is in process of getting ISO 9001: 2000. The company tests raw materials as it comes in and we have reliable suppliers. Our products are checked at each stage of process and tested befor it is approved for packing instead of random testing. A random test sampling is done from the shipment lot of the order befor the material is shipped.

“Aar Vee Industries” regularly conducts R&D progrramme with the help of our consultant partner for (MIG/CO2, SAW) and R&D Department of M/S. Usha Beltron Limited. Our Quality Control Circle maintains new ideas and research work towords managing more proficiency in quality are discussed & implemented. Regular Work shops & seminars on quality are attended by our R&D team at different industrial forum.
