We are engaged in the manufacture of copper coated solid steel wire, deoxidized copper coated wire etc.

Spooling: AVI MIG/Co2 welding wire layered and non-layered in between 12.5kgs to 14kgs as per Customer's demand.

Packing Specification

Spool: AVI MIG/Co2 welding wire is generally supplied in plastic spools of the 300 mm dia size conforming to standards vide IS 6419-1971. The normal weight of Layered and Non Layered wire on the spools is 12.5 kgs.
Packing: AVI MIG/Co2 welding wire, copper coated wire are coiled on the plastic spools on which welding wire are wrapped by the plastic straps, further spools are heat sealed in polythene bags which are finally packed in cardboard boxes. Three Spools are packed in a wooden box protecting it from damage in transit. Spools should be preserved without damage of polythene cover till loading on welding machine to prevent corrosion on surface finish of wire. Copper coated wire should be stored in dry place.
