Quality Control Method
Our in house Quality systems, the wide range of instruments in our laboratories for measurment, metallurgical analysis and mechanical systems and above all, the expertise of our personnel, all ensure constant control at all stages of production, from the receipt of raw material to the delivery of finish product. All our equipment and tools are calibrated before and after use.

RAW MATERIAL
Raw material is checked chemically by wet test. After getting approval, it is checked for inclusion by acid etching and for crack on Magnaflux crack detection machine.
HEAT TREATMENT
Heat-treatment components after heat treatment are subjected to Rockwell C & microstructure tests. (Every batch ) Whenever stringent inspection is required the whole batch is subjected to 'Microprocessor based Eddy current metal sorter'
STAGE INSPECTION
Stage inspection is carried out at every stage of process with the help of process drawing & records are maintained and analysed online.
