Aastropure’s Compact Sewage Treatment Plants for inland applications have been designed for gravity or pumping treatment of domestic sewage and built to be installed on the surface. These plants carry out the sewage treatment by biological means. The Plants are of the Activated Sludge Process without requiring any other kind of dosing or additivation. The Plant is single built in a closed module which has different chambers have been arranged, facilitating their transport and installation. Every chamber has been provided with the necessary access and inspection registers. This modular construction allows the increase of the processing capacity by placing more Plants in parallel. The air diffusers responsible for the oxygenation and agitation of the Sewage. | Mixed Bed Plant We are catering to wide industrial requirements while manufacturing a precision engineered range of Mixed Bed Plant. With in these systems, cation and anion resins are combined in a GRP or stainless steel vessel for producing ultra pure water. These systems are fitted with a mixed bed polishing unit which contains strong acid Cation (SAC) resin and strong base Anion (SBA) resins.
These resins are combined to a ratio of approximately 40% Cation resin to 60% Anion resin and the volumes of these depends upon the incoming water analysis and the required quantity of treated water. The mixed bed polishers are ideally installed at the places where water quality of less than 1 micro ohm conductivity is required.

D.M. Plant We rely over our latest technological development to manufacture a highly functional range of D.M. Plants which are used in various domestic as well as industrial applications. Distillation or ion exchange procedure is the techniques used in these plants for acquiring dematerialized water for medical or technical purposes.

| Softening Plant We supply our wide range of softening plant under the brand name H20 Solutions which is manufactured using high grade raw material. These plants are customized in accordance with the specifications of our clients. We have been making use of latest technology to fabricate a range which can remove the salts from the water efficiently. These plants are designed for counter current regeneration with the up flow rate and co-current regeneration with down flow rate. The plants offered by us work over ion exchange method for converting the hard water ions of calcium and magnesium to sodium ions thus resulting in the production of soft water. Soft water obtained by these plants possesses less than 4ppm of the total hardness.
Our range is available in varying capacities varying from 4.3m3 to 420m3 with a hardness level of 200ppm expressed as calcium carbonate and is used in medium scale industries.
