Designed according to CGMP norm, our mini press has centrally driven turret that provides vibration free balanced rotation and oil free compression zone.

All the parts in compression zone are of S.S. 304 or electroless nickle plated. It also has in-built pre compression system (MINI-II models) along with tablet thickness & weight adjustment settings outside the machine.

Additional Salient Features:

Electric motor and panel are separated in additional zone to make more space in mechanical zone for convenience in working. It has upper punch penetration system and lower punch seal to avoid jamming of the lower punches. It also has digital output counter and central oil lubrication system. With a 24V AC supply on control panel, it has transparent guards at compression zone with safety switches.

Designed to represent two-layer tablet productions at a small scale, we manufacture mini bi-layer press which has two force feeder system that assists in maintaining uniform die fill and represents production equipment. The tablet thickness & weight adjustment settings are outside the machine. Designed as per CGMP norms all the parts in compression zone are of S.S.304 or electroless nickle plated.
