With an adjustable pan angle, we manufacture coating machine which has 30", 36", 42" and 48" variable speed drive & inbuilt hot air blowing system. It also has interlocked electrical circuit so that heater can be operated only after blowers are made “ON” to avoid burning of heaters. The polishing pan can be fitted on the same structure frame as the coating pan.

It is a CGMP model with heavy duty construction and square tabular design. Its three piece turret avoids cracking between the die holes. It has overload pressure release arrangement with pressure gauge. The transparent guards at compression zone are provided with safety switches. It has a 24V AC supply on control panel.

Our high speed double rotary tablet press is used for compression of tablets. The tablet output depends upon the physical and chemical properties of material, tablet shape, tablet weight, tablet thickness. Prepared as per CGMP model, it is nickel plated. Its heavy duty construction with tabular design can easily bear the overload. It also has gravity and force feeder for precise speed control. It also has variable speed pulley drive and central oil lubrication system.

Designed to represent two-layer tablet productions at a small scale, we manufacture mini bi-layer press which has two force feeder system that assists in maintaining uniform die fill and represents production equipment. The tablet thickness & weight adjustment settings are outside the machine. Designed as per CGMP norms all the parts in compression zone are of S.S.304 or electroless nickle plated.

Additional Salient Features:

Newly designed vacuum system & force feeders to avoid mixing of both products. It has main drive with ACVFD for precise speed control. The table thickness and weight adjustment settings are outside the machine.

Designed according to CGMP norm, our mini press has centrally driven turret that provides vibration free balanced rotation and oil free compression zone.

All the parts in compression zone are of S.S. 304 or electroless nickle plated. It also has in-built pre compression system (MINI-II models) along with tablet thickness & weight adjustment settings outside the machine.

Additional Salient Features:

Electric motor and panel are separated in additional zone to make more space in mechanical zone for convenience in working. It has upper punch penetration system and lower punch seal to avoid jamming of the lower punches. It also has digital output counter and central oil lubrication system. With a 24V AC supply on control panel, it has transparent guards at compression zone with safety switches.

Our roll compactor has a screw feeder which is capable to feed bulky material by variable frequency control speed drive. It's design ensures easy and quick cleaning.
