Bread Slicer |
| Bread Slicer: Gravity feed slicers are best suited to the small wholesale and large retail bakeries where a greater number of Sliced breads are produced. slicers are designed for maximum safety. This Multipurpose cutting Machine with gravity feed closes the gap in requirements between the manual bread cutting machine and the actual industrial machines. Operation: The loaves of Bread, Rusks & Cakes are placed one behind the other on the feeding tray. All types of White & sweet Breads, Rusks can sliced without wastage or damage. Vertical running knives cut the loaves into equal thick slices as per requirement. The cut slices come out at the output end. They lie on the collecting tray ready to pack in wax paper or polythene bags manually. Dough Kneader |
| Dough Kneader Application: Ideal for kneading of dough for bread. This machine has an advantage over the single arm kneader in that the double arm motion takes shorter time for kneading, gives better water absorption for the same quantity of flour and also folds and stretches the dough for better aeration and fermentation. The double arm kneader gives bread a better crust, texture and flavour. Features: Machine is supplied with stainless steel bowl which rotates at slow speed. The bowl can be removed if desired. Dough Moulder |
| Dough Moulder: The machine is designed for small and medium sized bakeries. It meets the highest requirement as this machine is sophistically designed. Dough moulder machine can be used for all types of dough. Operation: The dough pieces after being divided by the Dough Divider machine and passing through Dough Rounder, First Proover or manually dropped into Dough Moulder's Hopper. It is flattened by the adjustable rollers, and then coiled up by a chain drag,pre-moulded by a spring loaded sunmica laminated pressure board. The pressure board is adjustable by hand levers. The roller gap is adjustable from 0 to 25 mm. The moulding loaf length is 350 to 400 mm for dough pieces of 400 to 800 gms. Built in blower with cold air prevents the piece from sticking. Construction: The construction is simple, safe and open. All moving parts have ball bearings. Dough Divider |
| Dough Divider: Dough Divider machine can be used for all types of dough, which is equipped with two standard dividing pistons. The dough hopper can be filled either manually or with lifting &. tilling device depending on out put (no. of dough pieces per hour), the machine can be used either for manual removal of the dough pieces or in the scmi automatic bread plant. The Principal: The divider works on rotating drum Principal the measuring pistons moves in rotating drums, this means the dough is divided in the quickest way, and the dough pieces are ejected making use of the force of gravity. The amount of the dough conveyed can be adjusted to the required weight by means of a hand wheel. Operation: The dough reaches the dividing chamber from the hopper. After the chamber has been closed by the knife, the dough is coneyed into the measuring chamber by the main piston. The volume of this measuring chamber corresponds to the set dough weight. After the rotating drum has turned 90°, the dough piece is pushed out by measuring piston. As the rotating drum moves back, the dough piece is scraped off and drops onto the discharge conveyor. The discharge conveyor can be installed either on the left or right side depending upon the customer's requirement Dough Divider: Operation: The dough reaches the dividing chamber from the hopper. Dough Auto Hoist |
| Dough Hoist/Tilling Device: A sturdy hoist for bowls. Hoist/Tilting Device which permits to tilt a bowl and to pour out the dough without further handling into other containers on the benches or into the automatic Divider's Hopper. It can be used for continuous mass production. Operation: After Mixing the dough in the bowl, the same bowl of Dough Kneader, High Speed Mixer or Spiral Mixer have to be fixed in the tilling device/ hoist.It starts lifting and tilts the dough with hydraulic systems fitted in machine with reverse to ensure that the lifting process is carried out smoothly and with high operational safety. Dough Rounder |
| Dough Rounder: This machine is designed with a rotating cone and spiral aluminum tracks around it. The rounder will round the dough pieces after dividing, enables to handle soft and non standard dough for automatic operation. The rounder can be connected to a dough divider and to a first proover. Operation: The divider machine will divide the dough into pieces as per size in unequal shape and the same will drop into the rounder machine through cotton conveyor of the divider. The dough pieces moves from bottom to top in the tracks that are designed to give the finished pieces a good shape with right tension. After rounding the dough it will automatically step out to reach the first proover. Construction: The cone has ridges and the aluminum tracks are adjustable. Bun Divider |
| Semi Automatic Bun Divider Rounder, Moulder Machine: Dividing, Rounding, Moulding into 30 Divisions Scaling Range 40 to 70 gms. Moulding is done in most natural way, and the dough is treated carefully : moving away from the resting point in every increasing spirals and then returning. The dough pieces develop a good skin and an excellent seal on the underside. Amount of compression, moulding height and moulding time can be regulated quickly and easily. Drive for the moulding action is accomplished by one eccentric arm which are immersed in the lubrication system, this means that they are automatically lubricated. Water Batching Tank |
| Water Mixing and Metering Units: The Water Mixing and Metering units measure the water and bring it to right quantity for dough make up. The supply of water from the mixed 65 litres exactly as prescriped by the recipe ensures uniform product quality. The 65 litres water mixing and metering unit mix cold and chilled water to reach the required temperature and can supply water upto 65 litres. Operation: The easily readable scale contributes to simple operation. Open the feed valve of the right hand side &. set the scale for required water. The water measuring tank is maintenence free. Construction: The stainless steel tank with double jackets is injected with puff insulation. An "empty" and "fill" indicator for water is on the front of the unit. The high grade stainless steel tank is designed so that litre units can be measured. The float in water level gauge indicates the water level on a scale. | First Proover: With the addition of a first proover easily convertable to fully automatic lines, the first proover is designed for dough pieces and moves upwards step by step matching the speed with which the pieces leave the Cone Rounder. The cotton cup elevator is very stable, and requires minimum floor space. Operation: The first proover automatically receives the dough pieces from the Rounder, passes through an automatic Prep loader for proper positioning in the proover, it gives uniform proofing and discharge dough,pieces into the moulder.Dough pieces turn over 6 times during cycle ensures consequent superior loaf quality for transportion for each dough piece during proofing cycle gives the dough even fermentation.
