QUARTZ--- Powder & Grain In our High tech plants under the Strict Supervision of our Quality Controllers, we produce both Grain and powder, Quartz Grain for Flat glass, Automotive Glass & Hollow Glass having low levels of contaminating metal oxides, and other foreign particles. With that grade our customers can produce Best Performing Float Glass and Clear Container Glass. PAINT formulators select micron-sized industrial sands to improve the appearance and durability of architectural and industrial paint and coatings. High purity silica contributes critical performance properties such as brightness and reflectance, color consistency, and oil absorption. In architectural paints, silica fillers improve tint retention, durability, and resistance to dirt, mildew, cracking and weathering. Low oil absorption allows increased pigment loading for improved finish color. Quartz sand and silica sand is available with best possible grade of India. It is having highest purity up to 99.8% lowest tern and chromium content 0.01%. In the ceramic industry nearly pure quartz powder (semi /snow white) in fine mesh is used in preparation of soda & Glazing material along with the china clay, feldspar etc, and ceramic fritz manufacture also use best grade material. Electrodes, paints, pesticides, rubber and plastics industries manufacturer also use superior grade quartz powder In the CERAMIC body, silica is the skeletal structure upon which clays and flux components attach. The SiO2 contribution is used to modify thermal expansion, regulate drying and shrinkage, and improve structural integrity and appearance.

We produce several grades of calcite as per requirement of in powder & grain sizes detergent, paints, electrode ceramics & glass industries. Generally we process it by Pulverized unit makes powder in 200-700 mesh. We also have decendicotor unit to produce it in grain sized of 1 mm to 0.1 mm, with heavy magnet separation for ceramic & glass Industries.

First grade calcite is based on low silica & low iron especially for glass & ceramics which after firing turn absolute white. Our paints grade mentioned is snow white in color(whiteness 96% ) and color is 90 to 98%) max, acid insoluble is 2%.

China clay: the available grades of china clay & other clays are too numerous to list completely. In ceramics pottery & paper coaling, the composition of purest china clay, from which particles of quartz /sand have been washed out, resembles that of Kaouin/washed clay. Quartz contain decreases the plashicity & shrinkage Do it must be removed.

This grade of clay is purest, whitest and most expensive clay. In Refractory grade china clay, it would be most suitable for the brick, Insulators, craciable, portland and cement and above refractory bricks.
For soap and detergent industries, our bright and normal grade china clay is used as filter. Bright china lay is having whitens 82%, Al2O3 37-38% with low silica.

The largest use of block Mica is as an electrical insulator in electronic equipment. High-quality block mica is processed to line the gauge glasses of high-pressure steam boilers because of It’s transparency, flexibility, and resistance to heat And chemical attack.

Our Exported Mica scrap and flake is primarily used for making Mica paper. Mica flakes for pearl pigment, silicon bonded mica plates, mica sheets (for toasters, hairdryers, heating elements, irons, and furnace), epoxy mica plates (for commutators) and mica tapes (for motors).

As Mica used for oil-well-drilling Industry, paint industry, Plastic Industry, Cosmetic Industry, and rubber Industry.

Only the finest grades (calcium and grit free) are used in toilet powder, cosmetic and as a filter in manufacturing of bond paper. Other paper industries used lower grade talc having whitened 80% to 90% as a filter.
