We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Rotary Rack Ovens as per the specific requirements of our clients. These ovens have large steel heat exchangers to ensure lower fuel consumption and complete indirect heating. The other vital parts of our ovens comprise turn-table, SS body and well constructed baking chambers. These are provided with a pull SS door with heat reflecting glass and unique door gasket for complete sealing. The well designed ovens have excellent air distribution system for superior baking. To ensure optimum temperature, there is an electronic controller for precisely controlling the temperature. For uninterrupted functioning, the ovens are equipped with the following parts:

Firing Chamber:

Fabricated from high grade stainless steel, the complete firing chamber is well insulated with mineral wool filled from outside for conserving heat and increasing efficiency. The oven can maintain temperature up to 350o C and temperature rises from room temperature to 225o in just 25 minutes.

Door:

The door of the oven is made of authentic stainless steel provided with heat resistance silicon gasket for sealing the door. This results in trapping the heat inside the oven for effective baking.

Heat Circulation:

The oven is provided with a systematic heat circulation system for proper baking. The hot air is distributed evenly into the oven by a blower fan and oven's rotary movements. The rotary movements provide even & uniform baking at all levels of the rack. There is a fully automatic imported burner fitted in the chamber along with a temperature controller fitted on the control panel table.
