Products
The designing of products is focused to achieve uniform baking performance
and effective fuel consumption. Moreover, the engineering department also

Product Description
The brief description of our products is given as follows :
Rotary Rack Oven
Our
rotary rack ovens have turn-table, SS body and baking chambers. Pull S. S
door with heat reflecting glass, the ovens have unique door gasket for
complete sealing. Ovens' large steel heat exchangers ensure lower fuel
consumption and complete indirect heating. There is arrangement for
excellent air distribution system for superior baking. The temperature is
precisely controlled through electronic controller.
Firing Chamber : The complete firing Chamber will be insulated with
mineral wool filled from out side to conserve heat and increase efficiency.
The firing Chambers shell fabricated out of stainless steel. The Oven can
maintain temperature upto 350
o C and temperature rises from room
temperature to 225
o in just 25 minutes.
Door : A full Stainless Steel door provides with heat resistance
silicon gasket that sealed the door and gains heat of the oven.
Heat Circulation : The hot air is distributed evently into the Oven
by blower fan and oven's Rotary movements provide even & uniform baking
at all levels of the rack Oven has an indirect fired with the baking
products. The fully automatic imported burner will be fitted to the chamber
and the temperature fitted on the control panel.

Tin Printing Drying Oven
We offer continuous traveling type oven with wickets/chain conveyor for
drying printed coated tin and aluminium sheets. In these ovens, the
temperature remains maintained uniformly throughout the operating. These
ovens operate through oil and gas as well as electricity.
Baking Oven / Industrial Oven
The range of our baking/industrial ovens consists of stainless steel tunnel
with appropriate divided zones along with heating chambers. The ovens have
expansion joints to eliminate the expansion of the oven sections.
In addition, there are inspection windows in ovens for inspection during
baking process. Due to the closed circulation system having slight vacuum,
the combustion gases do not enter into the baking zone. The ovens are
insulated with 8" or 10" thick mineral wool from top, bottom and
the sides.
Traveling Biscuit Baking Oven
Our traveling ovens consist of steel steam tight tunnel having equally
divided zones of the radiators. There are SS expansion joints to prevent
oven section expansion. These traveling ovens can be operated with oil, gas
and electricity. To monitor the process, there are inspection doors
provided. Moreover, the oven chamber is insulated with miner wool to
conserve heat and increase efficiency.
Barrel And Drum Oven
Continous Automatic travelling Drum Drying Oven for inside and outside
coated. Drum bodies without ends drum with bottom and top ends, made for
steel.
Max Temp up to 300
oC
Fast heat-up with the help of heating chamber. Optui L.D.o. and Gas-Fired
heating System. Fully Automation Burner and Digital Temperture controller
and Timer Controller. High efficient Insulation to Stop heal loss.
Lugs And Crown Caps Oven
Travelling
Type lugs and crown caps. Drying solutioned component P.V.C lined. Maximum
temp up to 200 C. Fast heat-up and fast recovery for continous production.
Bread Making Machines / Bread Baking Machines
Our bread making machines include complete system for the production of
bread/cake. The machines are provided with complete set of planetary mixer,
spiral mixer, high speed mixer, dough moulder and required
accessories/optional attachments.
