About Us

Incepted in the year 1993, A. B. C. Transformers Private has created a niche in manufacturing and supplying a broad range of transformers in the market. Our precision engineered transformers that include Sealed / Conventional, Single / Three Phase, Oil Immersed, Continuous heavy duty transformers and many more. We have increased our production from 25 KVA to 15 MVA in a very short span of time. In the year 2006, the company entered into the manufacturing of higher rating transformers that are of 66KV class.

Under the able guidance of our mentor, Mr. G. K. Bansal, we have developed a strong base and recognition in the market. We have a team of engineers that possesses rich experience in the field of transformers manufacturing and provide efficient after sales services. We acquired a well equipped infrastructure that enables us to produce a wide range of transformers.

Various testing instruments have been installed to test the products on various quality parameters and confirming to Indian and International Standards.

Our transformers are broadly used in various development authorities, NEDA, state electricity boards, public and private sectors. Fabricated by our group of engineers with expertise our products conform to the high standards.

Manufacturing Unit

Since we are into both manufacturing and supplying, we have established a big manufacturing unit for the production of our high quality transformers.

The installed capacity of our manufacturing plant is 300 units and total plot area is around 600 square meters wherein all the high- technology machinery are installed such as:

We also possess a state-of-the-art in-house design unit where we incorporate latest manufacturing techniques, in order to produce advanced products in terms of their efficiency.

Quality is our forte and our transformers are in conformation to ISS/ REC Standards. Our quality experts conduct tests that conform to IS:1180 and IS:2026 and enable us to deliver transformers that are safe and durable. We have installed advanced testing apparatus and follow prescribed testing techniques to ensure that our transformers are safe and easy to install.

Measurement of temperature rise of winding and oil of transformers at full rated load.
Pressure and vacuum testing of transformer for permanent deflection of body.

Further, we perform short circuit with stand test and impulse voltage with stand test that are arranged at C.P.R.I. Bhopal / Bangalore, Moradnagar/IRDA Vadodra and other recognized laboratories as per clients requirements(on payment) to ensure the delivery of only proven transformers. We also issue test certificates with the products with one year warranty.

Our researchers stay abreast with the latest market requirements and work in close co-ordination with production engineers to incorporate new production techniques. This helps in further improving the quality of transformers and in meeting clients’ expectations. They introduce new designs of transformers that are easy to install and safe to use.
