Raghunath group offers the following Income Plan to its investors after leasing out their prestigious project SGM 4 Shopping Mall, Multiplex & Hotel to reputed National/International Brands/Hoteliers/Multiplex operators.

11% Return PA on investment to the Investors till the date the property is handed over to the Lessee. After that investor will get return by way of lease rent minimum 11%.
If the lease rent is less than 100% PA, then the difference will be accommodated by Lotus Infra Projects (P) Ltd.
If the lease rent is between 11% to 12% PA, it will be good luck of the investor.
And if the return is more than 12% PA, then the additional return will be shared equally by the investor and Lotus Infra Projects (P) Ltd.
