| Radial Drilling Machines We provide a huge gamut or precision drilling machines, our range of corrosion resistant drilling machines is used in various industrial applications. These can drill in varied diameters and depths as per the requirements of our clients.
Salient Features: - The bearing system of the work spindle is capable of taking axial as well as Radial work loads of the machine to perform vertical boring jobs besides drilling.
- The main gear box is well covered from dust and iron chips.
- All gears in Drilling Head are pump lubricated and gears in elevating gear box are bath lubricated.
- All gears are made from special alloy steel, heat - treated properly and lapped.
- All shafts are made from carbon alloy steel and runs on Ball bearings which are easily available from any market for replacement.
- The main Electric motor is coupled to main gear box by a shock adsorbing coupling.
- The Horizontal movement of the drilling head on the arm is made by rack and pinion mechanism & drilling head locking device in model SRD - 50/1500.In other lighter models movement of drilling head is made by screw, so that it can be used as a key way milling also.
