Incepted in the year 1996, A B Elasto Products Private Limited is engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Rubber Expansion Joints, Water Suction Hoses, Industrial Expansion Joints, Industrial Suction Hoses, T.M Air Ducts, Anti Vibration MTG, Hot Air Ducts, Metacone Mountings, Oil Suction Hoses, Sandwich Mounts, Rubber Stoppers and Cabin Mountings Filled with Silicon Fluids. These are used in various areas such as Chemicals, Petro-Chemicals, Railways, Defence, Mining & Materials Handling, Excavator, Auto Mobile and variety of OEM markets.
We are loaded with state-of-the-art machines to test the quality of raw material that is procured from certified vendors. Our team of quality inspectors thoroughly checks the range on every level of production. The finished product are tested on various parameters that includes compression set, tensile strength, ash content, shore hardness and elongation break. Owing to the quality of our range we have been able to build a huge client base all across the country. Quality Assurance
Quality has always been one of the major concerns in our company since inception. We manufacture and supply our range of industrial rubber products at international standards. These are manufactured using quality raw material like NR, nitrile, neoprene, EPDM, silicon, viton, hypalon, PVC, HDPE, PP, LLDP, PU and thermoplastic these are procured from reliable vendors. In addition, our in-house quality inspection department strictly tests & monitors the entire range at every level of production. We test our range of hose using following procedure: Following tests are done to check strength and durability of mounting: - Bond Testing
- Compression Stiffness Testing with UTM
- Batch wise testing for testing % of EB
- Ash content
- Chemlok: to check the viscosity and it is done on regular basis
- Solid content: is done twice a week
- Chemical solutions: these are tested to check strength & are done on regular basis. In addition, it is also done to check solid content.
Rust proof test: it is done using salt spray method - Awaiting immediate installation of the following Testing machines
