The promoters of the Abelin Group Of Companies started a unit in Mumbai  in the year 1978 and after achieving remarkable progress in this unit in the Chemical and Engineering technologies they stated in year 1983. A unit, Abelin Polymers and Belin Polymers in Nashik a well-known industrial  township about 180 km away from Mumbai

Under the able guidance of the promoter members Mr B P Sonar, Mr D R Malegonkar and Mr C S Kavatkar  who are themsevels technologist the unit of Abelin Polymers has made remarkable progress in various industrial fields such as Phenolic Resins FRP items, liquid phenol formaldehyde resins, powered phenol formaldehyde resins, laminated moldings and rayon spinning pots. The above unit is  situated on sprawling industrial plot of 80,000sq.ft.area in M .I .D .C  Ambad , Nashik. The next generation technologists, Mr Sandeep B Sonar,Mr Kedar C kavatkar , Ms Irawati Malegonkar  have ably contributed to the further progress of Abelin Polymers.

The wide array includes Phenolic Thermosetting Resins, Laminated Industrial Moulding, FRP Items, Rayon Spinning Pot,Liquid Phenol Formaldehyde Resins,Powered Phenol Formaldehyde Resins which are in compliance with the international norms and standards.
