Established back in the year 1994, we are engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying cork sheet & gaskets, oil suction and discharge hoses, steam hoses, delivery hoses, rock drill hoses, water suction hoses, cement grouting hoses, rubber gaskets and other rubber component. The company was founded by Mr. Sanjay Kadlag who has done M.Sc. in Chemistry. He has been contributing significantly in the industry for the last 10 years. Entire range is made available to our esteemed clients at par with the quality standard defined under ISO 9001:2000. The collection is garnered with features such as high flexibility, compression absorption, oil resistance, perfect tensile strength and suitable hardness. Prior to its dispatch at client end, the finished products are quality tested following various tests including rheometer and micro - hardness testing, tensile testing, water absorptions test, ash content and specific gravity test. Leveraging on proficiency of our workforce and 2 well equipped manufacturing units, we have delivered qualitative assortment within stipulated delivery time. Prime importance is given to 100% satisfaction to our precious clientele in terms of timely delivery of high quality products along with proactive services. With our commitment and proficiency, we are achieving our target every year and last financial year, sales turnover was reached Rs. 2.4 Crores. State-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility |
| We have well
equipped and well designed state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which
assists in manufacturing global standard chemical/ acid resistant
suction/delivery hoses, pneumatic / air / rock drill hoses and other rubber
component. There are 2 capacious manufacturing units; each of
each stretched over 12000 square feet. With the support
of spacious production facility, we can develop 1500 units in one installment.The units are
operated under the supervision of diligent teams.We have high tech tool room
with machine like VMC, milling machine, surface grinder and various
conventional machines, surface plate backed up with highly sophisticated measuring
instruments which are calibrated regularly.In addition, other machines
incorporated with our manufacturing facility include following: Mixing is the heart of rubber industry where the rubber technology is the main component of the production process. The moulding process is done in a dust free environment with each moulding size upto 1000 mm.The transfer moulding for production is done with highly sophisticated automatic compression moulding machines.Extruding of the semi-finished products is done with the help of cold feed and hot feed extruders.With independent controlling factors, a precise profile can be extruded with close tolerance. Our manufacturing facility works in coordination with CAD/CAM facility which is managed by team of design engineers.It enables us to develop the required mould in - house within close tolerances and on time. |
