About Us

Abhishek Textiles Industries Private Limited in a company registered under Companies Act, 1956 on 22.01.1986 by Mr. Mahesh Amin & Others. The main object of the company is trading of yarn. Initially company had depot of National Textile Corporation of India (NTC) for cotton and spun yarn for whole India. Company had opened its depot at Surat, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, etc.

Now, the Company is run by Mr. Mahesh Amin & his son Mr. Jignesh Amin. The group is known by Amin Brothers Group . At present company is engaged in the business of export of garments & plastic bags, trading of yarn, commission agent, etc.

Group has been getting garments as manufactured through mfg unit in Tirupur, however now the group has set up new manufacturing facility also at Ahmedabad under the supervision of Mr. Mahesh Amin where in finance, marketing & administration shall be look after by Mr. Jignesh Amin.

Group is mainly involved in textiles. At present, Company has dealership of Bhilosa Tex & Twist Private Limited, Gokulanand Group, Lazer Filaments Group, Rawalwasia Group, Kejriwal Industries Group, Mohit Industries Group for polyester & Filaments Yarn etc. and also of Prafful Overseas Pvt.Ltd. & Gujarat Polyfilms Pvt.Ltd. for Nylon Yarn.

In Cotton & Spun yarn Gopinath Spinning pvt.ltd, Krishna Knitwear Tech Pvt.Ltd. and Amul Cotspin. Group has member ship of MCX and actively engaged in the business of brokerage and has franchisee of Religare since more than 4 years and has a monthly turn over of more than 100 crore.

Mr. Amit Amin, second son of Mr. Mahesh Amin, is mechanical engineer by qualification has shifted to U.S.A. Mr. Amit Amin is young and very enthusiastic who is looking after marketing at U.S.A. for garments and other products. He also has franchisee of L.A.Tan (Tanning Saloon) at 20 places at Ohio Island and has Pizza store, Liquor store, Cigaratee store, Newstand, at Chicago.

Mr. Deepak Amin, younger son of Mr. Mahesh Amin, is B.Sc. M.B.A. (Finance & System) and computer programmer from CDAC by qualification has shifted to Canada. At present he is working as SAP consultant for company at New York, U.S.A.
