Apron Feeders

Apron Feeders are efficiently used for high impact and heavy load. Depending upon the application, these are available with different versions that are pressed formed, fabricated or cast aprons which are used with either roller or chain as required. Mn. steel cast aprons are employed for heavy impact. Reciprocating Feeders

The reciprocating feeders are extensively used for handling lumpy and heavy material associated with small to large capacity. The crank mechanism is used to impart reciprocating motion. As per the requirement, the stroke length and speed may be kept fixed or variable. Reciprocating plate and skirt boards, vital components of the feeder are lined with abrasion resistant material. Screw Feeders

Screw feeders are used to move forward or backward the material lying in the trough depending upon direction of rotation when screw rotates. The trough in which material moves can be of U shaped, flared or tubular. Longer screw conveyors are outfitted with intermediate hanger bearings. U trough may have hinged or bolted covers. The feeder can be provided with multi feed point and discharge points as required by our clients. The screw conveyor can be horizontal, inclined or vertical. The feeders find application for handling powdery, granulatory non sticky material. In addition, it is also useful to handle wide range of products including grains to plastic pallets, small lumps to fine powder. Vibrating Feeders

The vibrating feeders, versatile equipment find application for controlled feed of powder, granules, lumps or large lumps. These are of two types Electro-Magnetic for linear motion and Electro-Mechanical with circular or linear motion. Electro Magnetic vibrating feeders are used almost in all fields especially where control is required in running condition or for automating weighing. The vibrating feeders can be suspended or floor mounted. Moreover, it can also be open trough, covered trough or tubular as per the requirement of our clients. Rotary Table Feeders

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying rotary table feeders which are developed using grade material. The feeders are extensively used for extracting and feeding the free flowing powdery and granularly and small lumpy material from silo at control rate. The sizes of the material that can be handled are 450 mm dia to 1500 mm dia. Capacity of the rotary table feeder ranges from 3 TPH to 100 TPH. As per the requirement of our clients, variable speed drive is provided with rotary table feeder. Rotary Vane Feeders

Our company offers clients the precision engineered rotary vane feeders. It is classified either as feeders or air locks that depend upon the application whether the regulated feed only required or feed and air tight boundary between up stream and down stream. Size and shape of the pocket for easy flow is based on the material characteristics. As required, the rotor designs are available as closed rotor or open rotor. The popular versions of the feeders are Drop Trough, Blow Trough and Offset Inlet & Outlet. It is highly efficient and can be used for heavy duty, standard duty and light duty. Our rotary vane feeder’s inlet / outlet opening are available in circular, square or rectangular shape.
