The unit consists of various parts such as spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid inlet, vapor pipeline and a coil condenser. The unit works as the bath heats and evaporates the vessel contents, which are condensed in the condenser and collected in the receiver. As per customer requirement, an additional receiver with drain valve can be added optionally. The unit is available in various vessel sizes of 20, 50, 100 and 200 Liter. We offer reaction unit which is a general purpose batch reaction distillation unit to be operated at atmospheric pressure, or vacuum. It is different from a fractional unit as it is provided with agitator and liquid addition vessel. The unit consists of spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid addition vessel, agitator, packed column, a coil condenser, product cooler, and twin receivers, all of which are of high grade quality. We provide the unit in vessel size of 20.50, 100 and 200 Liters. The various options available for heating system vessel, stirrers and drives, speed regulators and receivers are:
