We have experience in fine powdering and coarse powdering machinery for sugar. Sugar pulverizers and impact mill, both this machines are designed to grind sugar as per requirement of clients. One does coarse grinding with high capacity and another fine material but cooperatively less quantity. They are made with accuracy and precision with perfect selection of type of grinding grinding elements. The rotors are dynamically balanced to give smooth, trouble free operation and to minimize the breakdown time of machinery.

Application: Coarse grinding of sugar, fine grinding of sugar, sugar with other food stuff, food ingredients with sugar, wafer crumbs with sugar, biscuit crumbs with sugar etc.

Capacity: Different capacity machines are available and can be manufactured as per customer requirements. Eg: 50 Kg. to 1000 Kg. per hour

Have been supplying to many industries including nuts and food roaster’s. It has been specially designed and manufactured to roast materials efficiently and uniformly but not to damage or break the materials during the process. It is a straight cylindrical vessel which rotates during roasting there by the product will be uniformly heated for the out size heat source and the product can be discharged completely by tilting mechanism. The roaster is very simple to operate and made with couple of option for heating media. Either Commercial LPG or electric coil can be used for heating / roasting media depending on the feasibility and availability.

Application: widely used for roasting of cereals, pulses, food stuff, soji, nuts, spices etc.

Capacity: Various capacity machines are available. Eg. 25 Kg to 250 Kg per batch.
