Our InfrastructureYarn is the major part of the knitted garments. So we take yarn from well equipped spinning mills. We can produce all kinds of fabrics like Heavy jersey, lnterlock, 1X1 RIB, 2X1 RIB, 2X2 RIB, Lycra Jersey, Pique, Airtex, 2 Threads & 3 Thread Fleece, Auto stripes, Engineering stripes Wrapper Stripes , Polar Fleece, Modal , Slub, Mercerzide S/J, Jacquard.
Grey fabric is dyed according to the Color requirements with the standard dyes as environmental friendly azo free. The dyeing is made with soft flow machine to maintain the color and avoid any patches and fabric feel, the dyed fabric gets its own structure and feel dyeing gets over. Dyed fabric is compacted according to the required dia and the weight of the fabric the fabric shrinkage is controlled.
Cutting
Compacted fabric is relaxed for the certain period based on the fabric design. The fabric is checked by the fabric inspector for the quality for the fabric quality and the Shrinkage. GSM, Color fastness before the cutting starts.Cutting is made by lay cutting machines & Hand cutting, according to the style with using the band knife .to maintain the quality of the cutted garments.
