We manufacture and export a wide range of Worm & Worm Wheels as per the international norms of quality. These Worm Wheels helps in transmit torque and rotary motion through a right angle. These are available in EN31 and Gun Metal as prescribed in the drawing.

Industrial Levers are available for Jaw Cylinder & Cutting Cylinder for Shaft and cam on off operation. Other levers for Ink & Damp. on-off are also available in OEM standard material.

Ink Vibration Assembly (LS & NLS) is available as per customers' requirement. Precision Bearings, Gears and covers are being used for best fitment and results.

All Plate & Blanket Cylinder Sleeves are available for Orient & Fast web offset printing machine. Material used in manufacturing is GRADE 25 or SG IRON casting. These are precisely engineered by our expert engineers and technicians. Our product reflect excellence in quality regarding dimensional accuracy, tensile strength and corrosion-resistance. We have Thomas Coupling flanges in Keyway & Splined with Shims, Nut, Bolts, Washers. Similaraly, Engage-Disengage FACE & STAND CLUTCH so we can run required web unit or folder from the entire line. Universal Joints are also available for Fast/Newsline/Web King machines.

We have high quality Stationery Jaws suitable for Orient Super/Standard, Fast 200&300 etc. Those Stationery Jaws are made of EN9, EN24 EN41J material on MNTR and other latest CNC machines so the paper gripping should be much more accurate. Further, we maintain large stock of these stationery jaw and make sure their delivery to clients within the stipulated time frame.

We manufacturer an extensive gamut of Nipping Rollers that is available in various sizes and can also be customized as per the basic requirements of our clients. Manufactured using premium quality raw material of Iron as well as fiber to avoid setoff problems on the paper.
