Our semi-automatic and automatic machines are equipped with weight removal using precision milling or drilling processes, as well as weight addition using precision welding and other processes.

ABRO provides both Slow speed balancing machines and operating speed balancing machines.

ABRO force-measuring systems are the most durable in the industry today. They can obtain the precision balance tolerances required for combing rolls, spinning rolls, and winders in bobbins etc. ABRO provides solutions for balancing textile components in both vertical and horizontal configuration.

ABRO toolholder balancing systems can accommodate a wide range of toolholder sizes and styles. The hard-bearing design provides superior accuracy for single-plane and two-plane measurement, which is selectable. ABRO provides both horizontal and vertical configuration & machine.

ABRO manufactures vertical machines to balance the compressor and turbine before the turbocharger is assembled. Once the turbocharger is assembled, ABRO manufactures a special horizontal machine HST-1 (T) for precision balancing of turbochargers with a sensitivity of 0.001 gm.mm. The same machine can be tooled up to run the turbocharger in its complete assembly using an airdrive at operating speeds.

If you wish to upgrade and recondition your existing Balancing System, we can accommodate your needs. We will upgrade your measuring instrumentation, test the electrical and mechanical components to assure each component meets or exceeds factory standards. The machine is calibrated and certification provided for your records.

ABRO manufactured a Spin testing machine with a speed upto 18,000 RPM for for another one of the world's leading engineering companies In order to determine the bursting speed of a job, the machine speed is increased till the job bursts. Annular rings are provided for containment of flying job particles and ensure safety.

(d) Automatic unmanned machines

ABRO has recently completed the manufacturing of an automatic unmanned machine machine for the balancing of brake drums. The procedure entails the job being taken up from an input conveyor and then automatically loaded and balanced by milling. The next level of automation involves the brake drum being automatically off loaded onto an output conveyor. Through all these procedures, no operator is required.

The Machine will be installed in for a manufacturer of kljlkjlj Additionally, ABRO is making an automatic unmanned balancing machine for the balancing of crankshafts.

(h) Balancing of Turbomolecular pumps in Vacuum.

ABRO has developed a hard bearing balancing machine for the balancing of turbomolecular pumps in a vacuum chamber at speeds upto 90,000 RPM. In this situation, a vacuum of 0.01millibar is achieved. Previously, ABRO had manufactured a soft bearing machine for similar application.

The Balancing 101 seminar is offered year-round and can be held at our facilities in Houston, Texas or the customer's site.
