ACB (India) Limited

The Dipka plant is located in the Korba District in the State of Chhattisgarh. We commissioned the Dipka plant in October 1999 with a capacity of 1.00 million tons per annum, expanded it to 2.50 million tons per annum in 2001, 5.00 million tons per annum in 2003, 7.00 million tons per annum in 2005 and 12.00 million tons per annum of raw coal in 2006. The main customers are Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited, Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited and Punjab State Power Corporation Limited. The project has been setup by ACB (India) Limited.

The Pandarpauni plant is located at Village Pandarpauni, Tehsil Rajura, District Chanderpur in the State of Maharashtra. Pandarpauni was plant commissioned in May 2003. The installed capacity of Pandarpauni plant is 1.62 million tons per annum of raw coal.  The project has been setup by ACB (India) Limited.

The Chakabura plant is located in the Korba District in the State of Chhattisgarh. Chakabura plant was commissioned in June 2004 with a capacity of 2.00 million tons per annum, expanded it to 4.00 million tons per annum in 2006 and 7.50 million tons per annum of raw coal in 2008. The main customers are Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited, Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited and various private companies. The project has been setup by ACB (India) Limited.

The Gevra plant is located in the Korba District in the State of Chhattisgarh. We commissioned the Gevra plant in March 2008 with a capacity of 2.5 million tons per annum and expanded it to 6.25 million tons per annum of raw coal in 2009. The main customers are Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited, Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited and Punjab State Power Corporation Limited. The project has been setup by ACB (India) Limited.

The Hemgir plant is located at Hemgir, District Sundergarh in the State of Orissa. We commissioned the Himgir plant in May 2011 with a capacity of 5.00 million tons per annum of raw coal. The project has been setup by ACB (India) Limited. The main customers is Talwandi Sabo Power Limited.

The Balanda (AEPL) plant is located at Talcher, District Angul in the State of Odisha. Balanda (AEPL) plant was commissioned in 2003. The installed capacity of Balanda (AEPL) plant is 2.57 million tons per annum of raw coal. The main customer are Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation and Andhra Pradesh Power Development Company Limited. The project has been setup by our subsidiary company, Aryan Energy Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 77.38% equity interest.

The Gauri plant is located at Village Gauri, Tehsil Rajura, District Chanderpur in the State of Maharashtra. Gauri plant was commissioned in 2006. The installed capacity of Gauri Plant is 0.99 million tons per annum of raw coal. Plant was installed to cater the coal beneficiation requirement of Karnataka Power Corporation Limited. Presently, plant is not in operation. The project has been setup by our subsidiary company, Aryan Energy Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 77.38% equity interest.

The Wani plant is located at Wani, District Yavatmal in the State of Maharashtra. Wani plant was commissioned in 2005. The installed capacity of Wani Plant is 2.50 million tons per annum of raw coal. The project has been setup by our subsidiary company, Kartikay Coal Washeries Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 64.88% equity interest.

The Kalinga plant is located at Talcher, District Angul in the State of Orissa. Kalinga plant was commissioned in 2008. The initial installed capacity of Kalinga Plant was 6.53 million tons per annum of raw coal which has been expanded to 9.52 million tonnes per annum of raw coal in May 2011. The main customer is Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation. Presently, plant is not in operation. The project has been setup by Spectrum Coal and Power Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of ACB (India) Limited.

The Ratija plant is located in the Korba District in the State of Chhattisgarh. The Ratija plant was commissioned in December 1999 with a capacity of 2.50 million tons per annum, was expanded to 5.00 million tons per annum in 2003, 8.00 million tons per annum in 2008 and 10.00 million tons per annum of raw coal in 2009. The main customers are Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited, Rajyasthan Rajya Vidhyut Uthpadan Nigam Limited, Nabha Power Limited and Reliance Infrastructure Limited. The project has been setup by Spectrum Coal and Power Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of ACB (India) Limited.

The Balanda (GCMPL) plant is located at Talcher, District Angul in the State of Orissa. Balanda (GCMPL) plant was commissioned in 2002. The installed capacity of Balanda (GCMPL) plant is 2.91 million tons per annum of raw coal. The main customer are Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation and Andhra Pradesh Power Development Company Limited. The project has been setup by our associate company, Global Coal & Mining Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 35.61% equity interest.

The Ramagundam plant is located near coal handling plant GDK6 of Singareni Collieries Company Limited at Vithal Nagar, Godhavari Khani in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Ramagundam plant was commissioned in 2004. The installed capacity of Ramagundam Plant is 1.17 million tons per annum of raw coal. Presently plant is beneficiating coal exclusively for Singareni Collieries Company Limited. The project has been setup by our associate company, Global Coal & Mining Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 35.61% equity interest.

The Manuguru plant is located nerar Auto Workshop Compound of Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Manuguru, District Khammam in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Plant is constructed on BOO (Build, Own and Operate) basis for Singareni Collieries Company Limited. Manuguru plant was commissioned in 2010. Installed capacity of Manuguru plant is 1.06 million tons per annum of raw coal. The project has been setup by our associate company, Global Coal & Mining Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 35.61% equity interest.

The IB Valley is located near Lakhanpur Open Cast Project, IB Valley, District Jharsuguda, in the State of Orissa. IB Valley plant was commissioned in 2006. The installed capacity of IB Valley plant is 5.00 million tons per annum of raw coal. The main customers are West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL) and Maharashtra Power Generation Corporation Limited (MAHGENCO). The project has been setup by our associate company, Global Coal & Mining Private Limited, in which ACB (India) Limited holds 35.61% equity interest.
