Eliminates the cumbersome process involved in the   conventional method of fumigation. Can be easily operated even by a ward-boy. A single unit can sterilize 250 cu. mtrs 7000 cu.ft in just 30–60 minutes

The sterilizer is based on the principle that microbiological action of saturated steam at elevated temp is rapid and thorough. All models work on downward displacement of air principle which is most economical method of obtaining for all types of bulk sterilization which are commonly needed in Medical, Agricultural and Pharmaceutical institute Suitable for sterilizing hospital dressings, linen, rubber plastic goods, surgical instruments, glassware’s and utensils etc. Construction Robust and rugged all weld construction which is leak proof unlike riveted construction. Inner chamber is made of thick plate of Mild Steel of non magnetic stainless steel of 304/316 quality and jacket is made out of rolled steel. Sterilizers will have single door made out of rolled steel lined with S.S. sheet on both sides. All the sterilizers are hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure. The steam jacket is lined on the outer side with asbestos sheet or glass wool which prevents heat losses due to radiation and is covered by strong rolled steel sheet duly painted. Boiler Made of thick stainless steel plate suitably located under the sterilizer.

The body is constructed of S.S. 304/316. Suitable of general laboratory use as well as for field sterilization of instrument sand dressings etc. Dome shaped S.S.lid is provided which seals the autoclave with neoprene jointless gasket. The lid is tightened to the body when closed. The working pressure is 1.1 to 1.2Kg./cm2 (15-18PSI). The sterilizer is made of S.S. Sheet deep drawn to cylindrical shape. The seamless construction allow no bacteria residue from dirt accumulation. It is equipped with dial pressure gauge 0-60PSI, spring loaded safety valve, dead weight type safely valve and steam release valve. The load is held in dressing drums (optional), which is supported on a stand (tripod) the autoclave is hydraulically tested at twice the working pressure as per ISI requirement. It is fitted with ISI marked heater.Supplied complete with plug cord. Suitable to work on 220/230 Volt, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supplied with digital controller and cum indicator Size 350 x 300 x 325 mm

The unit comprises of steam jacket electrically heated inner lid made of stainless steel work on 3-phase 440A/C 50HZ supply fitted with automatic pressure control switch safety valve etc Chamber:- The chamber is made of 16SWG304 SS. Pressure gauge, water outlet valve and air inlet valve, SS steam condenser, tube with SS eject valve. Steam Generator: - The steam generator is made out of SS heavy gauge fitted with pressure gauge and water draining valve. Outer cover:- The outer cover is made out of SS duly insulated with high density mineral wool from the inner chamber and fitted with stable legs. Principle:- The steam generates from the jacket and gets condensed by the help of the eject valve which goes through condensing tube the dry steam gets into the chamber to penetrate into the packs contained in the chamber.
