We offer a range of steel fabricated racks and cabinets that are of the universal type and can be utilized for various electronics and electrical control units. These racks and cabinets are most commonly used for storage of power electronic units and in the installation of heavy electrical units. The racks and cabinets consist of a welded frame with punched and formed profiles of 3.0 MM thick steel sheets or CRCA. These have welded corner joints, which facilitates that easy mounting of lifting eye-bolts.

The frame profiles are suitably punched and are provided with mounting facility for a variety of accessories such as support angles, component mounting plates, partition plates and shelves. Any number of cabinets can be joined with ease, with the aid of joining kits.

Some of the other specifications of the steel fabricated SF-10 racks and cabinets include:

•    Rack Front Door: 2.0 MM thick CRCA, with concealed hinges. 3 points locking facility, stiffeners are provided with mounting arrangement for glass or acrylic, and cable accessories. Gaskets are provided for proper sealing for doors
•    Rack Rear Door: 2.0 MM thick CRCA, with stiffeners and mounted on type
•    Rack Side panel: 1.6 thick CRCA, screw on type, plain, with molded louvers and filters. Stiffeners are provided for all panels
•    Base Frame: Four part base frame in 3.0MM thick CRCA with removable gland plate and grouting facility. It can be provided with additional structural arrangement for heavy component mounting
•    Finish- Powder Coated: Frame RAL 7037 (Dark Gray) or Block Matt. Panels RAL 7035 (Light Gray.) Or Simens Gray

We manufacture and supply a wide range of 19" rack family series, which is specially designed to cater the requirements of shop floor and outdoor applications, where the construction requirements are rigid to sustain the environment. Our range of racks are known for their robust construction, better durability and good aesthetics with mounting facility for variety of accessories. We also supply these racks with variety of accessories to cater functional requirements of the clients. Design : Frame Structure

Welded frames consists of punched and formed profiles 3.0 mm thk CRCA and welded corner joints facilitates easy mounting of lifting eye blots. Frame profiles are suitably punched and provided with mounting facility for mounting of variety of accessories like support angles, component mounting plates, partition plates, shelves, etc. at different locations on the frame. Number of cabinets can be joined together easily by ‘Joining kit’.

Mounting arrangement for 19 inch equipments - the recessable 19” mounting vertical profiles are provided with square slots for mounting of 19” equipments at desirable positions.

Rack Front Door :

2.0 mm thk CRCA, with stiffeners and mounted on concealed hinges with locking facility. Stiffeners are provided with mounting arrangement for glass / acrylic, cable accessories etc.

Rack Rear Door :

2.0 mm thk CRCA with stiffeners and mounted on concealed hinges with locking facility.

Rack Side panel :

1.6 mm thk CRCA, screw on type, plain / with molded louvers & filters. Stiffeners are provided for all panels.

Base Frame :

Four part base frame in 3.0 mm thk. CRCA with removable gland plate and grouting facility. It can be provided with additional structural arrangement for heavy components mounting.

Finish - Powder Coated : Frame - RAL 7037 (dark gray) or black matt. Panels - RAL 7035 (light gray) or simens gray.

We offer a vast range of 19" sub racks, which are fabricated using premium quality steel. Our range of 19" sub racks have specifically designed basic structure that includes 2 side panels, front & rear horizontal extruded sections (2 in number), each and front mounting angles (2 in number). These sub racks are available with various accessories and are provided by us as per the design specifications of the clients. 84 HP Card Frames (19")

81 HP Card Frames:

These card frames are designed especially for mounting in 19" rack-system by using telescopic slides. The slides facilitates easy movements of the sub-rack outside of the rack and makes installation and maintenance easy.

 

21 HP, 42 HP, 63 HP Card Frames :

These card frames have smaller width than 84 HP card frames. These are suitable for table top units or for mounting in other enclosures.

Card Frame with Compartment

Because of the circuit contents, it is often necessary to mix single and double height euro cards within the same sub-racks. The unique design of these card frames solved this problem with the additional system of compartment kit. This compartment kit uses 2 HP width functional space of the front panel's total space of 84 HP. With specific PCB design, all the front panel space can be available without any loss.
This design do not compromise on functional as well as aesthetic aspect of the sub rack unit.
