We have state-of-the-art equipment for designing and manufacturing specialized cutting tools. Our two manufacturing plants in Navi Mumbai incorporate manufacturing, testing, R&D and packaging facilities. Our production equipment includes CNC Grinding machines from Vollmer Germany that are the best in the industry. We have also implemented an advanced production and process technology and have employed highly skilled technicians and workmen. Additionally, we have acquired high precision quality control & inspection measuring instruments and the latest in testing equipment to ensure our quality is second to none.

We also have our own in-house designing unit and CAD/CAM facility which allows us to design our product range as per the specific requirements of our clients.

We possess a team of highly qualified and experienced technicians such as mechanical engineers, production personnel, research and development personnel, quality management team, warehousing and packaging staff and workmen. To ensure unmatched quality of Accumax cutting tools we have modeled our production process to the standards of ISO 9002. Each process has been fully documented by qualified consultants and is strictly adhered to. All plant and equipments is periodically serviced by our efficient maintenance team to ensure that each machine gives excellent quality and productivity. For each application the product design is standardized, the tooth angles, shape of gullet, grinding finish, metallurgical structure, TRS Value, hardness, tensioning and dynamic balancing is controlled. The raw material used goes through stringent inspection such as chemical test, hardness test, metallurgical structure before it is put to use. There is an online inspection as well as final inspection for each product. All products are 100% inspected.

Due to continuous changes in the industry, we have substantially invested in developing a separate department for research and development that helps us keep abreast with the latest market developments. Realizing the importance of R&D, we have employed a competent team of R&D associates who carry in - depth research and prepare a study.
