We manufacture toroidal core type tapping positioned adjacent to the shuttle machine. It is equipped with spilt annular shuttle and a shuttle plate. Our range is used as a means for splitting and displacing the shuttle to facilitate the location of the toroidal core. We have an elongated wire engaging a belt which extends on the other side of the plane of the shuttle, till the rear portion of the shuttle. These shuttle and belt synchronize by the means of an interconnecting gear arrangement.

We manufacture toroidal core winding machines (spooling unit), which effectively produce perfect and beautiful shapes of cones. Our range is easy to operate and is constructed of a simple frame. Each machine is made up of six spindles, two pools for every spindle, one spindle and one motor. Our machines are equipped with the following features:
