Accurate Engineers is a registered society which was incorporated in the year 2000, backed with a wide industrial expertise. Under the supervision of our mentors Mr. Dilip Joshi and Mr. Nitin Marathe the organization has carved a niche for itself across the global market. We made a strong entry into the engineering industry with the manufacturing of a huge variety of industrial castings from standardized materials. Over the years, we have gained enough proficiency to make our products receive accolades from our patrons. Our organization is a well-organized group of expert professionals. We have accommodated the state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities at our organization which has made us constantly deliver quality iron cast products to our global clients. Our manufacturing unit is spread across a widespread area of 2000 sq. ft. which assists us to streamline our entire manufacturing processes. Our manufacturing facility is segregated into various divisions such as foundry, in-house CAD/CAM, machine shop, pattern shop, quality testing, R&D, logistics etc. All these departments are housed with advanced machinery and equipments to carry out all the casting, grinding, machining and finishing processes with ease. Our foundry division is spread across 10000 sq. ft. area and is equipped with the following machinery: Melting: Equiblast Cuopla, with a melting rate of 2.00n mt/hr. and melting capability of 20 & 25 grade cast iron.

Pattern shop- Well equipped in-house pattern shop in which both metallic & wooden patterns are prepared Core Shop: Electric oven for core baking and shell core heater for shell cores Molding: We can conduct green sand molding of loose and match plate patterns and casting weighing maximum of 100 kg Fettling: Shot blasting, grinding, chipping etc. Moreover, our machine shop comprises of the following sophisticated and high-end machinery and equipments:
