Digging, cutting and blasting methods are used to obtain the granite stone. Processing of the stone is followed after its quarrying. 	Sophisticated Infrastructure Our unit is spread over an area of 2000 square meters that is sufficient to hold voluminous quantity of the sourced granite. We have modern machines at our facility to carry out process like texturing and finishing. All our granites are machine processed of which only the mosaic variety is hand processed. The different machines that we use at our unit comprise of the following: Circular saw Edge cutting machine Hand polishers Calibration machines Gangsaw Machine Line polishers for slabs & tiles With our state-of-the-art machines we have the expertise to change the texture of the granite to the customers satisfaction. Based on the clients requirement we change the texture with types that are in sync with the changing tastes. We also have the requisite machines for giving a fine finish to the edges of the granite as it is the one of the most important feature that defines the finish of the stone.


	Our Quality Testing Facility The vast expanse of land area that we have also comprises of an in-house quality-testing unit that is equipped with testing tools. These tools are used for inspecting the sourced granite on the basis of various chemical and physical properties. We have a team of vigilant officers who carry out these tests at our premises. The different tests that we carry out include: Specific Weight Water Absorption Compressive Strength Quarrying Locating Warehouse and Packaging Since we are also stockists of granite slabs, blocks and tiles, we are supported by a large warehouse that can hold voluminous stocks. The sourced granite is kept before and after processing at our warehouse. Great care is taken to avoid chipping and cracking of the stone while loading or unloading them for delivery.
	We also give utmost importance to the packaging of the stone as well to gain credibility in the international market. Our firm does bulk packaging depending on the size and thickness of the slabs or tiles. The granite is packed in crates, corrugated boxes etc., and in seaworthy material surrounded by thermocol sheets. The crates are properly braced and laced to avoid slipping that might cause chipping or cracking.
