The manufacturing process begins by reverse engineering the O.E.M mount to determine the strength of each mount and the chemical compounding and metallurgy used. Both natural and synthetic rubber are used and the rubber compounds are designed to have high ozone resistant finish. Further, with the best rubber compounds and metallurgy, we use only ''Chemlok'' brand adhesive to bond the rubber to the steel.
