These certificates ensure that these motors are entitled for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Our motors can continuously operate in explosive or inflammable atmosphere such as coal mines, chemical and petrochemical industries, fertilizers, and pharmaceutical and textile industries for gas groups’ l, llA, llB and llC. These motors are now also available for Gas Group IIC.

The Screen Protected Drip Proof Motors offered by us find special applications in driving vertical turbines, propellers, mixed and non-clog pumps. This motor is available in ratings ranging from 3.7 KW up to 300 KW and is housed in drip-proof enclosure having accurate degree of protection. Top cover dome and metallic screen are specially designed to give protection against dripping liquids and falling objects. Special insulating material used are suitable for working temperature and are used as insulation to provide electrical, thermal and mechanical strength to the windings. Carefully selected angular contact, heavy duty bearings are located at the top to take the thrust load and deep groove ball bearing is used at the bottom of the motor. We can also customize these as per the requirement of our clients.
