Quality – An Integral Part of Our Operations Laying constant emphasis on the quality, we ensure that no compromise is made on the aspect that is of quality. Beginning with the testing process right from the first stage, we carry various tests at our end.We believe in delivering quality products therefore besides the stage wise checking of the products, we again test the products stringently at the time of dispatch. The reports of the checks are sent along with the products in the form of PDIR (Pre Despatch Inspection Report). We also ask for test reports from the suppliers of raw materials with the supplies every month. The raw materials are checked and chemical or physical testing is also done records of which are also maintained. |

Our Manufacturing Unit We are maintained a well built production unit that is fitted with the latest production facilities. Located at Rau that is 15km from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, our unit is constructed in a wide area. The unit for FRP and polyurethane moulding covers an area of 50,000 sq ft., 5000 sq ft area for injection moulding and 30,000 sq ft area for Sheet metal. The various manufacturing process at our unit are hand lay up process, gel coat spray process, chopper spray up moulding process, PU foam injection moulding, plastic injection moulding, SMC moulding etc. The facilities available with us at our different moulding units are: • Spray up moulding machine • RTM • SMC moulding Hydraulic Presses • Hand lay up • Gel Coat Spray machines • Ultra Max TM Chopper Machines • PU foam injection moulding Machines • Automatic Injection Moulding Machines • Semi- Automatic Injection Moulding Machines etc |
