The company was established in year 2001 in Bhiwadi Industrial Area, Rajasthan and is run by a dedicated team of professionals headed by a Qualified Plastic Technologist who has been in similar type of industry for over 3 decades.

The Managing Director, a professional who already had extensive experience of the similar industry in India and abroad, established the company in 1970 to manufacture and market garment accessories like buttons by the brand name of "Goldstar".

The company moved to its new factory premises in Bhiwadi Industrial Area in 2001. The present factory has ample space for future expansion and diversification. This area has been developed by Rajasthan Govt. and has the advantage of uninterrupted power supply and ample availability of technical labor force.
