We manufacture and supply AIV apparatus, which are conforming to IS 2386. These machines are used for determining the aggregate impact value. The sturdy construction of our AIV apparatus consists of base and support columns to form a rigid framework around the quick release trigger mechanism to ensure an effective free fall of the hammer during test. The free fall are adjustable. The hammer is provided with a locking arrangement. The apparatus is supplied complete with cylindrical cup, metal measure and tamping rod. Our specially designed electric vibrating machine is designed to suit compaction of 7.06cm mortar specimen according to IS 4031 requirements. It is used for vibrating the mix in moulds according to strictly controlled program at a frequency of 12,000 rotation per minute. These vibrators are mounted over coiled springs and the vibrations are developed by means of a revolving eccentric shaft. The simple design of the machine facilitates easy assembly and dismantling of the cube moulds.

Humidity oven are designed specially for climatic and durability tests. These are used for drying environment of plant, animal growth, investigation of vapour proofing of packed material, determination of die-electric strength, insulation test of electronic component, mechanical assemblies, paints, etc. The exterior of humidity ovens is made of heavy gauge ms with durable powder coating paint in pleasant shade and interior made of polished stainless steel or anodised aluminium. It gives a full view inner glass door with metal frame to inspect the specimen from outside without disturbing the specimen or loosing the temperature of the chamber is also provided, outer door is of massive construction having seals against atmospheric infiltrations by rubber gasket. Air circulation arrangement is done with the help of suction blower with turbo fhp motor.

Our direct and residual shear apparatus comes with shear box apparatus premises, which can test the both square and circular specimens of 60mm, 70mm, 100mm, .5'' diameter. The speed rate is controlled by gears system that can keep consistent under load stress. Our direct and residual shear apparatus is provided with rapid adjustments and safety limit switch, which prevent from over strain and overloading of the apparatus. It is supplied with shear box assembly, load ring, vertical and horizontal dial gauge and weight set.

Our range of motorised test sieve shaker carries 8 sieves of 20 cm diameter and 6 sieves of 30cm diameter. The sieve shaker is driven by 1/4 HP motor through reduction gearbox. It is suitable for operation on 240V, 50 HZ 1 pH and weigh 80kg. We also provide laboratory and rotate type shakers.

Our high performance industrail vibratory hammer are not only used for driving and extracting piles and steel profiles but also for soil compaction. It generate vertical oscillating movements with an average frequency of 1200 to 3000 (20 to 50 Hz) depending on the hammer used. The vibrations produced by the hammer reduces or remove the inner soil stresses so only small forces on the pile are needed to penetrate the soil. The weight of our hammer itself is normally enough to provide for the penetration.
