Hydraulic Compression Testing Machine We offer high quality hydraulic compression testing machines, which are designed for carrying out compressive strength tests on cement cubes, concrete and other such different materials. These machines are available in the capacity of 25KN to 3000KN and are supplied with pressure gauge and digital display. It can test the cubes specimens of sizes 10cm to 20cm and cylinder specimens of sizes 7.5 x 15cm to 15 x 30cm. Aggregate Impact Value (AIV) Apparatus We manufacture and supply AIV apparatus, which are conforming to IS 2386. These machines are used for determining the aggregate impact value. The sturdy construction of our AIV apparatus consists of base and support columns to form a rigid framework around the quick release trigger mechanism to ensure an effective free fall of the hammer during test. The free fall are adjustable. The hammer is
provided with a locking arrangement. The apparatus is supplied complete with cylindrical cup, metal measure and tamping rod. Our range of AIV apparatus has been designed in a particularly heavy-duty form, with specially hardened steel surfaces for minimum wear.

Electric Vibrator Machine (Cement Mortar) Our specially designed electric vibrating machine is designed to suit compaction of 7.06cm mortar specimen according to IS 4031 requirements. It is used for vibrating the mix in moulds according to strictly controlled program at a frequency of 12,000 rotation per minute. These vibrators are mounted over coiled springs and the vibrations are developed by means of a revolving eccentric shaft. The simple design of the machine facilitates easy assembly and dismantling of the cube moulds.

Abrasion Testing Machine Our Los Angeles Abrasion Testing Machine is used for determining the resistance of small size coarse aggregates and crushed rock. It consists of a hollow cylinder, mounted on a sturdy frame on ball bearings and with a detachable shelf which extends throughout the inside length of the drum catches the abrasive charge and does not allow it to fall on the cover. Vibratory Hammer Our high performance vibratory hammers are not only used for driving and extracting piles and steel profiles but also for soil compaction. It generate vertical oscillating movements with an average frequency of 1200 to 3000 (20 to 50 Hz) depending on the hammer used. The vibrations produced by the hammer reduces or remove the inner soil stresses so only small forces on the pile are needed to penetrate the soil. The weight of our hammer itself is normally enough to provide for the penetration.
