• Sewage Treatment / Reclamation Plants

Domestic discharge and sewage when send out without treatment, gives rise in the pollution load in the water bodies, where it is letting in. We follow a systematic approach to control the pollution load in ground water and provide state of art sewage treatment and reclamation plants based on conventional as well as on modern technologies.

• Effluent Treatment / Recycling Plants

The wastewater generated in the manufacturing process has been one of the main causes of water pollution. The increased awareness and strict implementation of laws and regulations have forced the occupiers to have treatment facility, for treating the wastewater up to discharge limit as prescribed by different authorities. We have all the answers to such problem irrespective of industrial process and product, which can give the result in line with the legal requirements. Also, in the area where water scarcity is the matter of concern, we can help the industries to recycle the waste water for their process purpose by achieving the desired limits of pollution parameters like dissolved solids and others.

• SSEP 304/316L piping installation
  

As per industrial standards, we also undertake the SSEP 304,316, SS316L piping contracts for mainly tri-clover fittings like, storage tanks, pumps, filters, valves, clamps, & silicon gaskets.

We offer quality water treatment and filtration systems that are based on the latest technology. The working procedure that is followed in these is enlisted below:

• Raw water from the raw water tank is pumped by means of the pump provided through sand filter & activated carbon filter  
• With the help of adsorption process, the removal of suspended impurities, mud and organics, inorganic impurities, bad taste and odor becomes easier.
• The impurities are retained by the surface of the granulated carbon (silver impregnated to remove bacteria) and subsequently recharged once the backwashing is done with water.
• Antiscalent dosing system will be dose online for silica control.
• De-chlorination dose online to remove any trace of free chlorine from raw water, which is highly damaging for the RO membranes.
• The water is then passed through two stages Micron Filter where in particulate matter of size up to 5 micron and 1 micron the cartridge retains.
• The filtered water then passed through Reverse Osmosis System for removal of TDS. (The RO system comprises of the membranes along with the pressure tubes) reject water will be drain out and (The R.O. system comprises of the membranes along with the pressure tubes) reject water will be drain out and (permeate water) treated water is collect to storage tank.
• Then, from RO treated water tank water passed to mixed bed unit to remove TDS of RO treated water

We have two manufacturing units that are spread in 750 square foot and 1000 square foot, respectively. These assist us in undertaking and completing the bulk orders for our wastewater treatment equipment and systems. Machines required for manufacturing and assembling are based on cutting-edge technologies that enable us to offer various water treatment plants.

AFE team has club process, mechanical, structural designers and civil engineers. Team of engineers with their background and experience gives detailed engineering drawings, working drawings, estimates for bills etc. at time-to-time control and monitor the project. The above facility with the integrated infrastructure helps in timely execution of project.

• Process Designing And Controls

AFE is having an exclusive tie-up with analysis facility for water, wastewater, and solids. This facilitates bench scale and pilot scale process trial for various projects and is the strength of our process design in ensuring foolproof recommendation at stage of basic engineering, trial commissioning, trouble shooting, and process up-gradation time to time to meet latest challenges.
