Portable Data Logger
We offer portable industrial data loggers that
provide great flexibility in I/O configuration while maintaining
simplicity in use. The application of industrial data loggers ranges from
process analysis to vehicle test, energy efficiency studies, tank
monitoring, inventory management, thermal studies, water, waste
water, irrigation, aerospace and more. Our portable data loggers can
also be custom designed to meet the specific process requirements of
the customers. Technical Specification:
- Battery operated hand held DATA
logger with inbuilt Temperature and Humidity transducer.
- 4 digit 7 segment LCD displays
with RS232 port for PC communication.
- Mains operated separate battery
charger.
- PC communication cable is
specially designed for such data loggers.
- RS 485 port also available on
demand.
- Log interval settable through
software only.
- Temperature and Humidity values
are displayed alternately.
- ABS enclosure of IP 65 grade.
- Sealed Battery rechargeable to
give back up to 30 days without charging.
- Total weight of the unit with 9V
dry battery is less than 400 grams.
- RS 485 to RS 232 converter with battery charger can be
supplied on demand.
Standard software will be provided along with Data logger having
following features:
- RTC setting for PC download to the
Data logger.
- Logging interval setting from PC
download to Data logger.
- Real time data of current values
of Temperature and Humidity are displayed when PC to Data logger
link is established.
- Logged events are uploaded to PC
and Data is displayed in table format Report generation from the
uploaded data.
- This table is stored in a PC for future reference.

LED Dot Matrix Display
Our range of LED Dot Matrix Display are ideal for any application requiring numeric, alphabetical, symbolic, and/or graphic display. LED-based dot-matrix display uses a potted-lens technology for a significantly improved contrast and viewing angle. We also offer customized Dot Matrix Display as per the customer's specification.
- Model 4 is dot matrix LED display. For single character 8 rows and 5 columns are necessary. Depending upon no. of characters to be displayed at a time will decide the size and the associated circuit.
- Single height and double height of the character selection will be done through software.
- Display in the regional language will be offered on demand.
- Dot matrix display can be offered in RED, GREEN, AMBER, BLUE & WHITE uni-color and multicolor.
- MODBUS protocol will be offered on demand.

LED 7 Segment Display
We provide quality LED 7 Segment Display that are commonly used in electronics as a method of displaying decimal numeric feedback on the internal operations of devices. Economical and convenient to use, these display offers convenience of serial control with a bright and easy to see display. Our range of LED 7 Segment Display uses RS 232 or RS 485 port for PC interface.
Technical Specification:
- Model 1 (Standard) is 4 digit 2” height 7 segment LED display.
- Model 2 is 4 digit 4” height 7 segment LED display.
- Model 3 is 4 digit 8” height 7 segment LED display.
- Normally RED color of LED display are preferred, however GREEN, AMBER color display can be offer depending upon availability.
- MODBUS protocol will be offered on demand.
